Pricing

How much does it cost to use Athlence?
Athlence is free for all athletes. You can create a profile, showcase your achievements, and apply to sponsorship opportunities without paying anything.
Will Athlence always be free for athletes?
The core experience will remain free. In the future, we’ll introduce an optional Elite Account for advanced features, but it will be optional.
How much does it cost for brands to use Athlence?
Athlence is free to access — brands can sign up, browse athlete profiles, and create campaigns with no upfront cost.
When do brands pay a fee?
Fees apply only when a sponsorship match is successfully completed:
  • Product-only sponsorships: €10–€20 per match
  • Hybrid or small cash deals (< €500): €50 flat fee
  • Cash-based sponsorships (> €500): 15% of the deal value (minimum €50)

How do I create an athlete profile?
Simply click 'Join as Athlete', fill in your details, and connect your social media accounts to get verified.
How can I apply for a deal with a brand?
Browse the 'Deals' page, select a campaign you like, and click 'Join Challenge'. Follow the instructions to submit your application.
What if my sport is not on the list?
We currently support a focused selection of sports based on community feedback. If yours isn’t listed yet, we’d love to hear from you—suggest it by sending us an email.

How do I create a campaign?
Go to your Brand Dashboard and click 'Create Deal'. Follow the wizard to set your budget, target sport, and requirements.
Can I search for specific athletes?
Yes, use the 'Find Athletes' tool or browse the 'Athletes' directory to filter by sport, level, and location.

Account & Payments

When are funds released to athletes?
Funds are held in escrow and released 3-5 days after the brand approves the submitted content.
What content is prohibited?
We do not allow content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates the terms of service of the connected social platforms.
